The project aims to consolidate employee records,

enhance HR functionalities, ensure data security and


compliance, create a user-friendly self-service portal,
and provide advanced reporting and analytics
capabilities for HR managers, enabling data-driven
decision-making and enhancing HR operations.

The HRMS should provide a secure, centralized database


for employee records, support advanced HR processes,
ensure data security, offer a user-friendly portal, provide
advanced reporting and analytics, be scalable, integrate
with other systems, provide user training, and provide
comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer
to internal IT and HR teams.

The Aircel HRMS Upgrade Project includes a fully


upgraded HRMS system with new features,
enhancements, and security measures. It includes a
centralized database, automated HR processes, data
security measures, a user-friendly portal, customizable
reporting tools, seamless integration with other
systems, user training, documentation, user acceptance
testing, compliance audits, and project completion
documentation

.
The project scope includes developing and deploying
HRMS software, data migration, enhanced HR
functionalities, data security measures, a self-service
portal, reporting and analytics tools, scalability and
integration, user training and support, and
comprehensive documentation. Out-of-scope elements
include non-HR functions, employee data, non-HR
systems, legal and compliance issues, non-project-
related training, and unrelated documentation.

These boundaries are established to clarify what is


included and excluded from the project's scope. This
prevents scope creep and keeps the project focused on
its primary objectives and deliverables.

The project involves defining objectives, assembling a


team, obtaining senior management approval, and
developing a new HRMS system. The system will
integrate employee records and automate HR
processes. User acceptance testing will ensure the
system functions as intended, and adjustments will be
made based on feedback. The system will be deployed
to all staff members, provided with training, and
monitored for performance and any initial issues.
