of customers, Efficiency and accuracy in every stage of the process is evident when this Information system is
implemented in business processes.

Receives customer details and job order details - Through TPS, validated customer and job order details are stored
in a database.

Requests raw materials from the storeroom department - Through TPS, issuing and requesting of raw materials
based on the order details is generated.

Completion of order - Through TPS, the database is updated upon the completion of order.

Shipment - Through TPS, relevant information related to the shipment is being provided in the database to create
data driven planning for routing process, inventory controls etc.
Invoicing - Through TPS, relevant information related to the payment process between the supplier and buyer is
being provided to ensure a fast and smooth transaction.
