Abstract
Dell Technologies Project and Program Managers should use this template when
notifying Internal Stakeholders of an Issue or Escalation on their project.
Notification is required for Sev 1 cases and is optional for other severity issues.

The purpose of this template is to provide Project and Program Managers with required data to be
communicated to Internal Stakeholders when Issues or Escalations arise on a project. Best practice
guidelines are detailed in the Project Issues & Escalations job aid.
