The Consolidation project for the client involves implementing the current consolidation process in HFM for all
their non-US GAAP entities. It also involves designing the new rules engine in the HFM system and generating
the MIS and Financial reports for the Management’s analysis in the local-GAAP and US GAAP accounting
standards.

Responsibilities:

 Performed a current state assessment of the existing solutions and reported the findings with
recommended solutions to the client.
 Developed the technical design solution for the project. Created the complete application structure for
the implementation using Oracle’s EPMA system. Designed entity-hierarchy, accounts-hierarchy and
custom dimension hierarchy as part of the design process.
 Conducted client interviews with the teams in India and at global locations to understand the current
accounting process and the legacy systems and develop AS-IS Information flow maps, CCR Process
