This memorandum of understanding is between TEDx (Sri Venkateswara College,

DU) and Adorn Threads.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING:

The following Memorandum aims at healthy relations between both the parties and
discusses the various terms and clauses that would be discussed while signing of
the memorandum. It is utterly important to have complete disclosure of all the terms
to maintain transparent and strong relations. We hope that the relations that we
build will strengthen with time and benefit us in short as well as the long run.

The following has been mutually agreed upon by the below mentioned parties:

Party-1: TEDx (Sri Venkateswara College, DU)

Party-2: Adorn Threads

Party 1 will provide:

• Minimum of 200 application signups and screenshots with respect to them.

• The deliverables will be provided in the set deadline.

Party 2 will provide:

• Payout of Rs.15/- per signup on completion of the task.

• Clause: In case of any differences in opinion, between Sri

Venkateswara College, Adorn threads and Zupee application it
shall be resolved and disputes arising in connection with this
MOU shall be settled through mutual cooperation and
consultation with the authorized representatives from both the
parties.

This Memorandum of Understanding stands Valid for the session 2023 or until all
the deliverables are met.
