in calitate de managing director,
reprezentandu-l pe Dl. Richard Mott in
calitate de DIRECTOR DE IMAGINE.
CAPITOLUL I – OBIECTUL ANEXEI
Art. 1.1. Avand in vedere prevederile contractului
Nr. 413/21.11.2022, partile au convenit de comun
completarea Capitolul VI – REMUNERAREA, cu
suma de 1.557,94 EUR reprezentand costuri
suplimentare (ore suplimentare de filmare)
aferente materialelor audio-video/spoturi numite
Benzac Power Patch: Benzac Complete Clear
Control Serum&Benzac Post Acne Serum.
Producatorul ii va achita Directorului de Imagine si
alte costuri suplimentare in valoare de 492 RON
(99,68 EUR).
Art. 1.2. Plata se va face prin transfer bancar in
contul si in banca indicate de catre compania care
il reprezinta pe Directorul de Imagine, in factura
fiscala, in termen de 14 zile de la data ultimei zile
de filmare (29.12.2022).
CAPITOLUL II – DISPOZITII FINALE
Art. 2.1 Toate celelalte clauze stipulate de
contractul nr. 413/21.11.2022 raman in vigoare.
Art.2.2. Prin semnarea prezentei Anexe
reprezentanții ambelor părți declară pe proprie
răspundere că dețin toate abilitările legale și/sau

representing Mr. Richard Mott as a
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY.
CHAPTER I - THE OBJECT OF THE APPENDIX
Art. 1.1. Considering the stipulations of the
contract no. 413/21.11.2022, the parties agree
that the following should be added to Chapter VI
– PAYMENT, with the amount of 1.557,94 EUR
representing additional costs (over time) for the
audio-video materials Benzac Power Patch:
Benzac Complete Clear Control Serum&Benzac
Post Acne Serum.
The Producer will pay to the Director of
Photography other additional costs in the value
of 492 RON (99,68 EUR).
Art. 1.2. The payment will be made by bank
transfer to the account and bank indicated by the
company who’s representing the Director of
Photography, in the fiscal invoice, within 14th days
from the last shooting day (29.12.2022).
CHAPTER II – FINAL PROVISIONS
Art.2.1 All the provisions of the contract no.
413/21.11.2022 remain standing.
Art. 2.2. By signing the present Appendix, the
representatives of both Parties declare on their
own responsibility that they have all legal
convenționale necesare asumării valabile a celor
cuprinse în aceasta Anexa, precum și faptul că
fiecare clauză a acesteia a fost în mod individual
analizată, negociată și convenită în final în forma
astfel asumată.
Prezenta anexa a fost redactata in 2 (doua)
exemplare, cate una pentru fiecare dintre parti si
semnata astazi, 15.12.2022.

analyzed, negotiated and finally agreed in this such

The present appendix has been drawn up in 2
(two) copies, one for each party, and signed today,
