Business and Project Management Diploma . This program is located at our Vaughan campus and
have the following start & end dates January 29, 2024 to January 29, 2025 (Winter 2023).

To reserve a seat in your program, please pay your first fee installment by the due date December 29, 2023
or 30 days prior to start of the program or arrival date in Canada whichever comes first.
All fees are shown in Canadian Dollars. Total fees amount due and payable for this program is: 14450.00

not an invoice of fees but serves as an estimate of fees. This LOA does not reflect any prior payments made
to College.
This LOA does not guarantee your enrollment into that program or intake unless you have been authorized
to study in Canada by the IRCC. You must submit a new request when the IRCC approval is granted, and the
intake becomes available at that time. Please contact services@ccecollege.com for more information on how
to receive an updated LOA/Admission date from the College.
The date shown on the LOA represents the date that this letter is no longer valid for the purposes of a
visa/study permit application to attend College for the program and start-date listed. If this date has
passed outside our LOA policy, a new application and Offer of Admission (Letter of Acceptance)
will be required. Please note: This date is not related to the fees due date.

Please review our refund and withdrawal process. It is available on our website. No deferrals or refunds will
be possible based solely on preference of delivery mode.
1. You must pay your tuition fee amount as listed above in the LOA, and as per agreed terms in
enrollment contract, 30 days prior to start date of the program or immediately after receiving study
visa-permit approval from IRCC, whichever comes first.
2. Your tuition payment will hold your seat in the program and confirms your commitment to start
your studies in the delivery mode that is available (e.g. on-campus, remote delivery online, or a
combination of on-campus and remote online learning). If the tuition payment is not received as per
schedule mentioned above, your Letter of Acceptance will be revoked.
3. You must upload email proof of payment to your application portal. Once the tuition payment has
been received, a receipt will be loaded to your application LMS-portal.
4. You must provide proof that you have a valid study permit to study in Canada. Upload your port
of entry introductory letter received from the IRCC (approval to receive a study permit), your study
permit, or a copy of your stamped visa to your secure application portal no later than the date
indicated below; otherwise, your Letter of Acceptance may be revoked:
6. You are required to arrive on campus at least 1 week prior to the start of term to attend the
mandatory International Student Orientation.
