"Importants of KM and CRM in Public administration and Governance "

Knowledge management (KM) is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the
knowledge and information of an organization. It refers to a multidisciplinary approach to achieve organisational
objectives by making the best use of knowledge. And also it is an efforts typically focus on organisational objectives
such as improved performance, competitive advantage, innovation, the sharing of lessons learned, integration and
continuous improvement of the organisation. These efforts overlap with organisational learning and may be
distinguished from that by a greater focus on the management of knowledge as a strategic asset and on encouraging
the sharing of knowledge. KM is an enabler of organizational learning.

As a public administration students, it is important to us of having a knowledge management


because ad future public servant I will run across a new idea or technology that excites on me. Excitement will lead
me to push for immediate implementation, particularly if I want to capitalize on a hot trend. In addition, I always
put on my mind that public service is a public trust, requiring for us to have a loyalty to the consitution. Always put
an effort for your performance of duty, do not engage in every trouble that will lead you and us to the difficulties to
achieve one’s nation dream. We should be satisfy in good faith of our obligations as citizens or public servant. Find
out what rights and responsibilities the public have. Make it easy for them to find out what you are doing and how to
contact you, and ensure they are able to complain and get redress if things go wrong.

Lastly, Knowledge management is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the
knowledge and information of an organization. Creatin of ideas that helps to the nation, sharing ideas or
collaboration of ideas that may benifits the whole and also managing on what strategies that they can use or plan of
action in all aspects.
