Ephemera WARFRAME … Vasero Sekh… Void Relic

Protovyre is a series of Armor, Ephemera, and

Syandana cosmetics introduced in Update 31.0 (2021-
12-15) that features di!erent variants that players can
unlock by completing certain in-game challenges
while equipping the cosmetics.

New cosmetics, titled Protovyre Emergent and

Protovyre Apex, will be sent to the player's inbox
upon completing a challenge.

They can be purchased for Platinum in the Market: the

Chest Armor for 60 Platinum, the Leg Armor for
45 Platinum, the Shoulder Armor for 65 Platinum,
the Armor Bundle for 170 Platinum, the Ephemera
for 80 Platinum, the Syandana for 130 Platinum, or
the whole collection for 310 Platinum.

Notes

The Armor, Ephemera, and Syandana in their

Apex form seem to change every time a player
kills an enemy. This is purely a cosmetic.

Tips

Protovyre Armor:
Sentient enemies are abundant in Orphix,
Archon Hunts, and Break Narmer's Prison
Break.
Vomvalysts from the Plains of Eidolon spawn
in greater numbers when fighting Eidolons.
Replaying the Octavia's Anthem: "Find the
Second Song Fragment" mission will
endlessly spawn Sentients after getting the
second song fragment.
Some of the Sentient spawns during The
Sacrifice and all of the Sentient spawns
during The New War do not count towards
this challenge.
Protovyre Ephemera: See Focus#Tips.
Focus conversion from Eidolon Shards does
not count towards this challenge.
Protovyre Syandana: See Void Relic#Farming
Locations.
Relics and Aya acquired from Relic Packs
does not count towards this challenge.

Hotfix 32.0.1 (2022-09-07)

Fixed being unable to earn the Emergent tier on a

purchased Protovyre Armor if the Apex tier has
already been achieved on another set.
We will be looking at the possibilities of
running a script for those who are still
missing their Emergent tier with the above
conditions in mind.

Hotfix 31.1.7 (2022-02-23)

Fixed the following issues with the Protovyre

Armor Set:
Fixed completing the Protovyre Sentient
killing challenge not awarding players with
the evolved Protovyre Chest piece.
This was caused by exiting Railjack from
the menu, which would fail to deliver
Protovyre inbox message if challenge
was completed.
For those a!ected, we will be running a
script that will deliver the inbox message
with the evolved Protovyre Chest piece.
We will update this thread once we have
started and finished the script.
Fixed Requiem Relics dropped from Thralls or
Hounds not counting towards the Protovyre
Syandana challenge progression.
Update 31.1 (2022-02-09)

Fixed receiving all the Protovyre Armor evolved

forms (Emergent and Apex) if you only purchased
one of the Protovyre Armor parts. Full PSA here.
Fixed the Protovyre Syandana not attaching
correctly to the Volt Electrolyst Skin.
Hotfix 31.0.4 (2021-12-21)

Fixed Sentient kills in the Simulacrum counting

towards Protovyre Armor Challenge progress.
