A. Clean Bedroom mildew, spray with Tilex, wait 30 seconds,
1. Remove all trash. then wipe off with paper towel.
2. Wash finger marks off walls. B. Clean Vanity Area
3. Dust furniture. 1. Scrub sinks with pine-sol and/or soft scrub
4. Clean window. w/bleach cleaner.
5. Vacuum. 2. Use Lime-away on the faucets and plumbing
6. Wipe down light switches & knob. fixtures for hard water removal.
3. Polish & shine mirrors.
Major Job 1: C. Vacuum hall.
B. Clean Refrigerator & Freezer D. Take out Trash in the unit.
1. Discard old items.
2. Wipe down (inside, out & on top), & wash
shelves and bins.
3. Wipe out rubber seals on door. IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS, THEY MUST
C. Wipe down front of dishwasher inside & out of door. ALSO BE CLEANED. PLEASE DIVIDE THE JOBS
D. Clean closet doors& knobs in living room and hall. ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF TENANTS IN THE UNIT.
E. Clean Washer/ Dryer PRINT ONE COPY OF THIS SHEET AND SIGN YOUR NAME
1. Sweep away soap & lint from washer/dryer. NEXT TO THE JOB THAT YOU COMPLETE. IF YOU HAVE A
2. Wipe down front, sides & under washer lid. PRIVATE BATHROOM, YOU MUST CLEAN THAT PLUS DO
3. Clean washer/ dryer floor pan. AN ADDITIONAL JOB.
F. Make sure that there is NO garbage in the hallway
outside your door. Vacuum if necessary!

Major Job 2:
A. Clean stove, oven, and range-hood.
1. Clean around burners & clean drip
pans.
2. Lift range top and clean under burners;
wipe all areas.
3. Use automatic oven cleaning function;
wipe out residue when finished; scrub
oven racks. **(make sure it is not
cooking when checked.)
4. Clean & wipe control knobs
5. Remove bottom drawer: wipe out
drawer and clean floor underneath.
6. Clean range hood- top and underneath.
B. Mop kitchen, & dining room floors.
1. Make sure all spots and marks are removed.
2. Rinse thoroughly so it is not sticky.
C. Clean microwave (inside, out & underneath).
D. Clean kitchen counters, back-splashes, sink, light
switches, & outlet covers.

Major Job 3:
A. Clean bathroom
1. Scrub tub (inside, out, base & on floor). Use
Soft scrub w/bleach and a magic eraser.
2. Use Scrubbing Bubbles on shower. If wall is
tiled, spray Tilex on grout, wait 3-5 minutes,
and scrub. Rinse.
3. Use Lime-Away on shower doors. Rinse.
4. Mop floor with Pine Sol cleaner. Rinse.
5. Clean door & frame.
6. Scrub toilet (inside, out, around base & bolts
& on floor). Use a toilet bowl cleaner & Clorox
wipes.
