DESCRIPTION
Binmaley Beach Front is situated near the
center of the municipality, the Binmaley
Beach is easily accessible and is considered
to be one of the cleanest and most scenic
beaches in Northern Luzon. Binmaley is a 1st
Class Municipality in Pangasinan and in
between Lingayen and Dagupan City.
Binmaley celebrates its “Sigay (to harvest)
Festival” every January.

5 1 month before the event. Settle all the needed resources.

1 week before the event. Confirmation from the participants. Meeting to the

company partner. Check the weather forecast of the dates of the event.
CONTRACT
AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT was made us on the 2nd day of June 2022 between Mrs.
Danna M. Manding of Brgy. Bayaoas, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, and Dion-
Valdez Events management at the consideration of the mutual promises and
convenience of this contract of which the receipt and sufficiency are hereby
acknowledged, both parties further agree to the term following services.

Provide the materials needed for the event
Assemble the accurate setting for the participants

The event planner agrees to provide the following for the event of “ Mother
Gooose Special Schools System, Inc., Team Building” on December 5, 2023
8:00 am- 5:00 pm at Binmaley, Pangasinan.

CONDITION
TERMS AND CONDITION
This contract will be effective starting May 5, 2022 and will continue in full force
until the completion of the service on September 20,2023.
TERMINATION
This contract shall be terminated immediately if the event planner cannot carry
out any of the services within 7 days of its commencement.
PAYMENT TERM
The client agrees to pay 70% deposit of the invoiceable amount and completely
paid 3 months before the event
CANCELLATION
The cancellation of this contract shall be in writing and mutually agreed by both
parties. No refund shall begin
