1 5 months before the event. Secure contract signing with a 75% deposit.
4 months before the event. Inspection for the venue. Selecting designs and

staffs. Selecting a good financial advisor.
3 months before the event. Full payment for the client and suppliers.

Confirmation of the staffs.
2 months before the event. Event flow of the program. Reminding all the

suppliers and staff.
1 week before the event. Confirmation from the participants. Meeting to the

company partner. Check the weather forecast of the dates of the event.
CONTRACT
AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT was made us on the 2nd day of June 2022 between Mrs.
Danna M. Manding of Brgy. Bayaoas, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, and Dion-
Valdez Events management at the consideration of the mutual promises and
convenience of this contract of which the receipt and sufficiency are hereby
acknowledged, both parties further agree to the term following services.
The event planner agrees to provide the following for the event of “ Mother
Gooose Special Schools System, Inc., Team Building” on December 5, 2023
8:00 am- 5:00 pm at Binmaley, Pangasinan.
TERMS AND
CONDITION
TERMS AND CONDITION
This contract will be effective starting May 5, 2022 and will continue in full force
until the completion of the service on September 20,2023.
TERMINATION
This contract shall be terminated immediately if the event planner cannot carry
out any of the services within 7 days of its commencement.
PAYMENT TERM
The client agrees to pay 70% deposit of the invoiceable amount and completely
paid 3 months before the event
CANCELLATION
The cancellation of this contract shall be in writing and mutually agreed by both
parties. No refund shall begin
