and Speaker, Hon. Antonino A. Aurelio, DPA, Vice Mayor,
Municipal Government of Rizal, Laguna. He is being
accompanied by the Director, NPTI, Police Major General
Ritchie Medardo A Posadas.

Aya: Please be seated sirs/mesdames.

Aya: The PNP together with the whole nation, dearly

observes the PCR Month as mandated by the Presidential
Proclamation No. 764 declaring the month of July every year as
PCR Month with the National Police Commission as the lead
agency.

Mam Libay: A pleasant morning to everyone, welcome to

the Monday Flag Raising and Kick-off Ceremony of the 28 th
PCR Month Celebration with the Theme: “Serbisyong
Nagkakaisa para sa Ligtas at Maunlad na Pamayanan”, hosted
by the Police Community Relations Section under the
leadership of PCOL EDWELITO C ROSALES, Chief,
Operations Management Division.

Aya: As this institute acknowledges the hardwork and

efforts of its staff and personnel, we shall now come to the
awarding of NPTI personnel with significant accomplishments.

Medalya ng Papuri is awarded to PCPT IVY DL
NEPOMUCENO for her active participation and noteworthy
contribution in accomplishing her respective tasks in various
capacities during the successful Blood Donation Activity
“DUGONG ALAY, PANDUGTONG BUHAY” held at Strike
Gym, Government Center, Brgy. Bayanan, Bacoor City, Cavite.
This noble activity is anchored to one of the CPNP’s program
thrust M+K+K=K the “MALASAKIT”.

Same award is also given to PSMS Fe S Natanauan.

Aya: Further, Medalya ng Papuri is presented to

Patrolwoman Heidie C Ibarra for her active participation and
noteworthy contribution as member of National Police Training
Institute in accomplishing her tasks in various capacities during
the Successful PULIS @ UR SERVICE: AKSYONG MABILIS
on February 6, 2023.

Aya: JO Ms. Aida Marie S. Salas will be receiving

Certificate of Commendation with the same recognition.

Institute, celebrates the birthdays of its personnel for the month

representation of a mentor or trainor police officer. The drill
master aspires to develop a credible, competent, efficient and
effective law enforcer, which the National Police Training
Institute as the Center of Development for New Generation
Policing aims to attain. It embodies the Philippine National
Police philosophy of service, honor and justice.

Aya: Token as a sign of gratitude for our Guest of Honor

and Speaker, for being with us this morning and made this
activity more meaningful. Please accept the barong tagalog
cloth hand made from pińa cocoon which shows the exquisite
artisanal craft that was nurtured and cultivated from historic

NPTI, to show his warm appreciation for the opportunity
bestowed to us by our Guest of Honor and Speaker.
