A RESOLUTION CONCURRING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. KARL ANTHONY

GUERRERO AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY CAYAOAN,
CAMILING, TARLAC

WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK
Person) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK (SK Members) from among the
members of the KK;

WHEREAS, RA 11768 was enacted and amended among others, Section 10 of RA 10742,
which provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary must be at least eighteen (18)
years and not more than thirty (30) years old on the day of the appointment;

WHEREAS, Mr. Karl Anthony Guerrero possesses all the qualifications for the Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary as provided under Republic Act 10742 and 11768;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

Mr. Karl Anthony Guerrero of Barangay Cayaoan, Camiling, Tarlac until the end of the term
of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Mr. Karl Anthony Guerrero
for his file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Officer and the
Local Youth Development Office of Mendez-Nuñ ez, Cavite for their information and
records.

ADOPTED. NOVEMBER 27, 2023.
