    1. Standard Operating Procedures.

    2. On behalf of the Field Training Officers Course (FTOC) CL 02-017-R13-


    2023-064 participants, the undersigned respectfully requests for a weekend pass
    from 241700H to 271900H November 2023.

    3. Further, the class will abide with the existing rules and policies of RSTU13
    governing the students while on pass and will not request for any extension of EDRD
    so as not to hamper the training.
