I. Gin Based Cocktails
I. Martini - gin and dry vermouth. Garnish with 3 cocktail olives.
I. Classic – gin and dry vermouth with 3 cocktail olives
II. Extra Dry – lesser vermouth
III. Sweet – change dry vermouth with sweet vermouth
IV. Perfect – add both dry and sweet vermouth
V. Dirty Martini – add a little amount of olive juice to your classic martini
II. Gibson – gin and dry vermouth. Garnish with 3 cocktail onions.
III. Gimlet – gin and lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
IV. Singapore Sling – gin, Grand Marnier, Cherry brandy liqueur, herbal liqueur (DOM
Benedictine), Angostura bitters, pineapple juice, club soda, fresh lime juice and
dash of grenadine.
V. Tom Collins – gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and soda water. Garnish with a lime
wheel.

II. Vodka Based Cocktails
I. Screwdriver – vodka + orange juice to fill over ice in a highball glass
II. Harvey Wallbanger – vodka + orange juice to fill over ice in a highball glass + float Galliano on top
III. Black Russian – Vodka + Kahlua over ice in an old-fashioned glass
IV. White Russian – Black Russian + Milk
V. Bloody Mary – Vodka + Tomato juice + Worcestershire + Tabasco and a dash of salt & pepper to taste
over ice in a highball glass with frosted salt on the rim – garnish with celery stalk and lime wedge
VI. Sex on the Beach – vodka + Peach Schnapps + equal parts of Orange juice and cranberry juice. In a
Poco Grande glass.
VII. Vodkatini – refer to martini recipe & special instructions
VIII. John Collins – refer to Tom Collins recipe
IX. Kamikaze – Vodka + Triple Sec + Lemon Juice. Shake all ingredients and strain in a chilled champagne
Saucer glass
X. Cosmopolitan – Vodka + Cointreau + Cranberry Juice and freshly squeezed lime juice.. Shake and
strain in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
XI. Screaming O – vodka + coffee liqueur + cream liqueur + amaretto + milk + whipped cream to float and
cherry for garnish.

III. Rum Based Cocktails
I. Cuba Libre _ Rum + coke to fill over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a
wedge of lime.
II. Mojito – Muddle lime wedges and mint leaves in a Collins glass. Light rum +
simple syrup + soda water over ice.
III. Daiquiri – refer to Kamikaze recipe
IV. Zombie – equal parts of light rum + dark rum + high proof rum + Cherry
brandy + equal part of pineapple & orange juice to fill + dash of Grenadine
syrup. Shake and pour in a Zombie glass. Garnish with slice of orange and
cherry
V. Mai tai – light rum + dark rum + fresh lime juice + orange curacao + simple
syrup shake and pour over ice in an old-fashioned glass.

IV. Tequila Based Cocktails
I. Margarita – refer to kamikaze recipe + Frost Champagne Saucer glass or
Coupette glass rim with salt using lime slice
II. Blue Margarita – Margarita recipe + Blue Curacao
III. Tequila Sunrise – Tequila + orange juice + Grenadine syrup. Build over ice in
a poco grande glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
IV. Tequila Slammer – 1 part silver tequila + 1 part lemon soda. Neat in an old-
fashioned glass
V. Submarine – 1 shot Tequila + 1 glass of beer in a pilsner glass

IV. Whisky Based Cocktails
I. Whisky Sour – whisky + sour mix. Shake and strain in a sour glass. Garnish
with cherry
II. Manhattan – Whisky + Vermouth. Garnish slice orange and cherry. Muddle
the fruits with sugar granules. Over ice in an old-fashioned glass
III. Rob Roy – Scotch + sweet vermouth + Angostura Bitters
IV. Old Fashioned – Bourbon + dry vermouth
V. Rusty Nail – Scotch + Drambuie
VI. Black Seven – Johnnie Walker Black + Seven up over ice in a high ball glass
VII. Jack Coke – Jack Daniels Bourbon + coke over ice in a high ball glass

VI. Brandy Based Cocktails
I. Brandy Alexander – Brandy + Crème de cacao brown + milk + sprinkled
with brown sugar, cinnamon on top.
II. Grasshopper – Crème de cacao white + crème de menthe green + milk
III. Side Car – refer to kamikaze recipe
IV. Stinger – Brandy + crème de menthe white over ice
V. Sangria – brandy + red wine + orange juice = chopped fruits (orange,
lemon, apple or pears)

1. Pinacolada – Malibu rum, sugar syrup and pineapple juice plus fresh
pineapple. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry in a poco
grande glass.

• B-52 – Kahlua + Baileys + Grand Marnier
• Blow Job – Kahlua + Baileys + Vodka
• 4th of July – grenadine + peach schnapps + blue curacao
• Irish Frog – Midori + Baileys
• Nutty Irishman – Frangelico + Baileys
• Nutty Fix – Frangelico + Baileys + Vodka
• Flaming Dr. Pepper – Amaretto + High proof rum

Long Drinks
• Weng weng – vodka, rum, tequila, brandy, scotch and bourbon with
equal parts of orange and pineapple juice and a dash of grenadine.
Shake and pour on the rocks. Cherry-orange garnish.

• Long Island Iced Tea – Build all clear spirits such as gin, vodka, rum,
tequila and triple sec plus cola to fill and a dash of lemon juice.
Garnish with lime wheel.
