Paper Setter for various CET's Under Technical Education for Various Courses

Sub:- Regarding Paper setting for Academic Year 2021-22 (MBA/MCA/M.ARCH/M.HMCT/

B.HMCT)

First of all, thank you very much for not only accepting our request as paper setter but with short notice attending
online meeting on 13/05/2021 at 12.00 noon in this regard
Before the meeting the course wise and curriculum was already send to you by mail.

During the meeting in general following points were discussed :-

1. Scenario of academic year 2020-21 for various CET's

2. No of candidate registered
3. No of days and no of session required
4. Mode of examination - Online
5. Nature of question paper - MCQ type

In addition to above points: -

1. The curriculum along with examination and marking scheme for academic year 2021-22
2. Expectations from paper setter were also discussed.

In this regard, you are requested to discuss among yourself by arranging online meeting before paper setting and
feel free to contact Dr. Mahajan/ Shri. Londhe for any type of queries.

General guidelines for paper setter

a. Please go through and refer the curriculum while paper setting.

b. Follow the examination and marking scheme properly.

1. Marks per question
2. Marks per topic
3. Total marks

c. Includes total no of question carefully

1. Total no of questions per topic

2. Total no of questions per question paper

d. Maintain difficulty level of the question in the following manner per topic and in overall paper

1. Simple questions 50%

2. Medium question 30%
3. Difficult question 20%

e. Type question paper in word format separately

f. Type answer key in word format separately

g. Prepare no of sets in following manner

1. MBA/MMS - 12 Sets
2. MCA - 04 Sets
3. M.Arch - 02 Sets
4. M.Hmct - 02 Sets
5. B.Hmct - 02 Sets

h. Keep all question paper set ready by June 1st week 2021.

Specific instructions to paper setter

1. Please don't share question and question paper set with anybody.
2. Maintain complete secrecy for confidential work.
3. Its sole responsibility of the paper setter to maintain 100% confidentiality of the question paper.
4. Fill up and revert back confidential form. This form will be sent to you bySignature

5. Regarding submission of question paper and answer key you will be communicated separately.
