SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, JENNY R. UCANG, and EUGENE J. UCANG, Filipinos, of legal ages,
married to each other, residents of Purok 2-B, Fd Rd 1, Tibal-og, Sto Tomas, Davao del
Norte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint MELY SALAS, likewise
Filipino of legal age, married, and a resident of Purok Fd Rd 1, Sto Tomas, Davao
del Norte, Philippines, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us and in our
names, places and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To facilitate with the Office of the Registry of Deeds, the

BIR, the DAR (MARO and PARO) for the transfer of ownership of
that parcel of land covered by TCT No. CARP2012000124, and the
LGU of Asuncion (Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance, No
Improvements), to get clearances thereof and to remit payments of
the same; and

2. To execute and sign for and in my behalf all documents

and papers necessary and convenient to carry into effect the
authority granted in the preceding paragraph.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full

power and authority requisite necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present and hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause under and by virtue of these present.
