I ‘am Judith Palma Espinosa, Elected officer of Class Room Grade 1- SSES, and Elected Officer of Grade
– 1 and kinder Department of East Tapinac Elementary School,Olongapo City. I ‘am a voter’s person of
Subic Zambales, I have 2 children in this School. Grade 5 and Grade 1 – SSES.

I’m writing on behalf of the “EAST TAPINAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL” To request a Donation of
Constructions Materials for the Schools Pathways, all flowing into the heart of facility connecting each
of the various areas
The nearly estimated is 90 – square meters - foot facility and easy to clean good for the grade 1 and
kinder pupils and also for the parent and guardian most specially seniors citizen. “kadahilanan kapag
umu-ulan po ay madulas at maputik ang area,at para maka-iwas sa accident sa mga bata lalo na sa
senior citizen na taga sundo Kailangan pong ipa simento ang area.“The communal Plaza helps
minimize the needs for circulation hallways. The environment supports for the children pupils
throughout the main hallways and entrance as a long- wearing and low maintenance solution and
“Safety of students and parents, staff”.

2 Trucks of Gravel
2 Trucks of Sand
