RE: Lease Extension Request For 2nd floor unit S – 05 D’ Block building

Dear Ms. NORMA DIZON,

Please accept this letter as a formal request for an extension to the lease for the property This letter is a
formal request for an extension to our lease on the property at the #47 S- 05 2 nd floor, D’ block Building, Rizal
Highway CBD area, Subic Bay freeport Zone. Currently, the lease is set to Wedrawn by Mr. JORDAN DIZON
December 9, 2021. I would like to amend that date to end on January 30, 2022. I propose to pay you the prorated
amount of an extension rent amount for the additional days that I will occupy the property.

I am asking for this extension because we are still waiting our fund from our investor (MC) Manager Check from
our Buyer Our Diesel arrived On or Before Dec 15, 2021 So we still process our Document to transfer our fund in
our account. Your flexibility with my lease end date will make this transition time much more seamless.

I appreciate your careful consideration of this matter. Please respond to this letter with an answer in writing within
a day December 09, 2021. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to discuss this matter
