Noordin Mohamed Haji has been appointed Director-General of the National Intelligence Service, effective June 13, 2023. Both appointments were made by the President in exercise of powers granted under relevant laws.

    to be the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya, for a period of four to be the Director-General of the National Intelligence Service.
