Route To Your Work Place.


- Loading Bay Level 1.
- Bay no. 20 - 21.
- Zone B1.
- Services lift B1 SL1 - SL2.

Rules To Use Pavilion Loading Bay. (Exclude Damen and Intermark)


- Work at night-time register and collect Temporary Wrist band at security guard post from 10.15 pm to
12.15 am before commencing work and have to return back before 7.00 am.
- Strictly NO DELIVERY during mall's trading hours.
- All equipment & material for reinstatement work must through loading bay.
- All materials must be packed properly before proceed delivery to work.
- Temporary floor protection must layout along delivery route (Daily installation).
- Car lift protection must install one day before commencing work.
- All materials or unwanted goods NOT ALLOWED to park at loading bay area.
- Must provide itself bins to dump waste. Waste bin enter time 10.30 pm and move out before 7.00 am.
- To ensure the cleanliness at work areas after work finished.
- All loading I unloading vehicle do not exceed 35 minutes. Exceed 35 minutes the vehicle will be clamp.
- Contractors are to abide by house rules and its regulations.
- To ensure SAFETY FIRST AT WORK PLACE. Wear appropriate safety gear.

Take Note
- For any huge I oversize materials require Permit for merchandise or material movement outside loading bay
for loading I unload at BB entrance I Prada entrance J Porte Cochere entrance have to apply within 48 hours
before delivery date at Dock Logistic Department.
- To lay proper floor protection to protect any damage and stain along the delivery route/ work location. Any
damaged or stained to the floor, the cost to be borne by the contractor I supplier.
- Protective Flooring spec as below: -
1. Two layers (Canvas /w 6ft + Carpet I w 4ft) lighter weight delivery.
2. Three layers (Canvas /w 6ft + Carpet I w 4ft + Plywood /w 4ft I T 0.9cm) heavy weight delivery.

- All common area must keep clean at all time.


- For work in the daytime must register and collect Temporary Work Pass at security guard post from 8.00
am to 10.00 am before commencing work and have to return back before 9.00 pm.
- All works activities are only allowed inside demised premises.

CONTRACTORS TO OBSERVE CLEANLINESS AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO CLEANLINESS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO
PENALTY AND ALSO AD -HOC CLEANING CHARGES
UNASSIGNED OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES - OSS:
ANY WORKS INVOLVING CEILING CUTTING AND/OR OPENING AT MALL COMMON CORRIDORS, CONTRACTORS ARE
ADVISED TO APPLY THROUGH ‘PERMIT FOR CEILING CUTTING/OPENING AT MALL COMMON AREA FORM’ AND TO FILL IN
THE ‘CEILING SECURITY DEPOSIT FORM’ PROVIDED WITH LAYOUT/PHOTOS INDICATING THE CUTTING/OPENING
LOCATIONS.
