permission to organize an activity entitled “Inglese Month Celebration 2023” on November
24, 2023 as part of the English Month Celebration at Pili Elementary School and the Election
of the Club Inglese Officers for School Year 2023 – 2024.

The purpose of the “Inglese Month Celebration 2023” is to foster deeper appreciation for the
wonders of English among our learners to engage them in interactive and educational
activities. This event will only be entertaining but will also contribute significantly to their
knowledge and critical thinking skills.

We kindly request your approval and support for this initiative. We believe that the “Inglese
Month Celebration 2023” will not only enhance our learners’ understanding in English but
also contribute positively to the overall educational experience at Pili Elementary School.

I. Activity Title:

The “Inglese Month Celebration 2023” (School-Based Culminating Activity for the English
Month Celebration) and Election of the Club Inglese Officers.

II. Background and Rationale:

In line with the _______________, November of every year is declared as the English
Month. This year’s theme will focus on, “_______________.”

III. Objective:

The activity aims to showcase learners’ critical thinking skills in performing English concepts
through poster making, slogan making, essay writing, quiz bee, spelling bee, poem recitation,
storytelling, declamation, book parade and film showing.
