WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Waiver of Rights made and entered into by and between:

I, _________________________, of legal age, Filipino, single and resident of Bunuangin,

Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan hereinafter referred to as the WAIVOR, and,

___________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Bgy. San

Pedro., Puerto Princesa City, hereinafter called the WAIVEE:

WITNESSETH:

That the WAIVOR is the owner and member of “_____________________________”, at Brgy.

San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, do hereby Waive, Renounce to
___________________________________________, their heirs and assigns all of my rights, interest
participation over that certain membership in the above said Toda:

That I warrant continuous and peaceful possession thereof, unto the waivee’s and will
defend same from any all claims of whatever kind by third persons.

That I do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, all my rights, interest
and participation in a manner absolute and irrevocable over the above mentioned Membership
of Toda together will all the improvements situated thereon unto
______________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Bgy. San
Pedro., Puerto Princesa City, his heirs, successors and assigns.

That I have been in continuous occupancy and possession of the above-mentioned

Toda, belong to me and the same as free from all liens and encumbrances and hereby warrant
valid and peaceful possession of the lot herein conveyed to the WAIVEE and I will protect his
rights from any adverse claim by any third party whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this Waiver of Rights this
