BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
This paper examines the impact of social media on the development of small businesses and how
it can help them spread out their businesses.social media is very beautiful progress of technology
and when we talked about social media it extremely beneficial for every types of businesses and
entrepreneur and it became very commoned and widespread in past few years.

The use of the internet has increased, increasing the value of websites for small enterprises. As
social media platforms proliferate, businesses are becoming more globalized and can post goods
they intend to sell through social media. This makes their products available throughout the
world, particularly to those who have recently launched a business and want to expand it.
Benefits of using social media and the internet for small companies operating in underserved
areas.

Companies are implementing social media for marketing, advertising, employee recruitment, and
overall communications with employees, clients, and partners. Small businesses are able to gain
substantial value from social media but there are also many challenges. In this research, the
Technology-Organization-Environment framework, the Resource-Based View theory, and
interview data are combined to develop a model of social media usage and value for small
businesses.
Social media is a phenomenon that has transformed the interaction and communication of
individuals throughout the world. However, social media is not a new concept—it has been
evolving since the dawn of human interaction. In recent times, social media has impacted many
aspects of human communication, thereby impacting business. Social networking has become a
daily practice in some users' lives. In this article, the authors describe features and the
evolution of social media, including major social networking sites that came into existence
during the 21st century. Some of the sites discussed include.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the role and economic impact that the internet,
specifically websites and social media, have on small businesses. It aims to investigate the
benefits available from the use of the internet and social media sites for small businesses that
operate in underserved regions.

This paper examines the role and relevance of social media in small businesses. The objectives
are to analyze which social media would be more effective in the marketing and promotion of
small organizations, to explore the benefits and limitations of social media, to determine how
social media helps in differentiating businesses from their competitors, and to analyze the
importance of incorporating social media into their marketing efforts.
