Statement of Purpose
1. Please describe your career goals.
In the short term i want to learn and acquire skills such as managing people and divisions. Post MBA i want to join a top
management consulting firm to learn from a diverse portfolio of client engagements. I will work my way to becoming a partner and
in the long run, i want to formulate strategies and policies for my firm.

2. Please describe the most significant challenge you have faced so far. How did you resolve it? What did you learn?
Last year in February my brother started the construction of a bridge in the rural town Sundargarh. The approaching end of the
bridge came under the property of a local. We approached him and tried to convince him of the benefits the people will receive
once the bridge is completed. After reaching an agreement the matter was reported to the rural development authorities and a fair
price was given for his share .I learnt from this experience that whenever multiple parties are concerned one must try a win-win
scenario.

3. Please explain your objectives and goals as they relate to pursuing MBA. Also describe
what you think other students may learn from you. (e.g. perspective, skills and expertise)
I want to join a management firm and the skills that i must acquire are leadership skills, analytical skills and interpersonal
skills. MBA is a right career shift after technical degree to explore the mentioned fields. Other sudents can learn attributes
like staying calm and always seeing a financial decision through the view points of rich and poor both.
