CNC MILLING

OBJECTIVE
- To create a prototype by cutting a block of material into specific shape. CHC
machining boasts both financial and production advantages over
manufacturing alternatives lite conventional machining and 3D printing. It is
more cost -effective. more accurate, and a foster process overall.

THEORY
- CNC Milling is a machine process which produces custom-designed parts or
components by progressively remaring material from the work piece using
rotating multi -paint cutting tods and computerized controls. These systems
usually have three linear degrees of freedom: They can move freely around
the X , Y, and Z axes while like word piece remains stationary.
