Question 1:Throughout our interviews we gathered that teachers in Bued Elementary School manage
their classroom through establishing/ creating rules and regulations agreed between by students and
teacher before the school year or class starts such creating the Dos and Donts inside and outside the
classroom. In classroom management, maintaining clean and safe environment are some of their
strategies like assigning groups with perspective leader and secretary, maintaining the classroom free
from abstraction and any distractions so that students can fucosed on thier own learning. While in
classroom set up, in every lesson or subject that they will need to teach, they should have also rules to
follow such being respectful, listening carefully during discussion and also in doing activities, and
reinforcement of positive discipline for the learning to be organized, well-planned, well-structured and
meaningful. Application of well-planned lessons and instructional materials and assessing student's
background knowledge is also considered for identifying the most effective way of teaching. Classroom
management must be equipped by rules and regulations.

Question 2:Teachers in Bued Elementary School believes that in every lesson it should be relevant to
their learners by sightings example related to their own experiences and theres a connection to their
living wherein the learning and the values gained are may apply in their daily lives. Lesson must localized
and contextualized and using based-learning is one of the strategies applied for relevant learning. Giving
differentiated activities, integrations of different subjects, and encouraging students to ask questions
and explore new ideas during discussion were also considered.

Competencies such numeracy skills, reading and writing are acquired in learning which are relevant to
daily living of students. Using relevant and updated lesson plans ( using SMART, Specific, Measurable,
Attainable, Result-oriented and Time bound) helps attained the learning competencies across the
lessons.

Question 3:According to the teachers of Bued Elementary School for them, teaching learners across
learning areas means integration of other subjects in the particular subject or lesson you are teaching,
one of the example is when teaching English subject, it can integrate Math subject such numeracy skills
which the topic is constructing paragraphs. Motivating students to through" kumustahan" can make the
atmosphere conducive. In giving activities it must have differentiated instructions, must be organized
and designed highly relevant learning activities. Using reward system, game-based activities and letting
students to participate to all activities guided by the teacher can help them learn while doing such
activities.

Considering that theres always integration of values in every activities done learner know how to learn
or construct ideas in their own work and practice collaboration to other learners which they can learn
collaboratively and gained values throughout the learning process.

ANALYSIS

1. Based on my observation in the class of grade 3 Mapagmahal, the teacher adviser have typical
classroom I see how he handled the classroom and the students. The classroom is comfortable to the
students that they feel home and have their own desk and chairs that can avoid distraction to other
students. When He start always in prayer followed by the greeting or warm up activity and transition
into the clear objectives while he teaching he used teaching method that can help to booster he's
students self and knowledge. After that he will ask questions regarding to the topic, that the students
can share their ideas, thoughts, and opinions. And lastly, the teacher give a quiz or activity that to know
the students weakness and strength when it comes in academic. All in all the learning environmement is
dynamic and well-rounded, incorporating various instructional strategies, student participation, and a
structured period for queries, talks, and group projects. The structure may vary based on subject, grade
level, and teaching style.

2. Based on my observation, the teacher and students have good relationship in each other because I
saw how they communicate and interact to the teacher and students. Also the students interact to their
teacher in verbal by participating in the discussion, asking questions, and how they responding the
teacher. He also give some group activity or collaborative activty that they will communicate and
interact by team and doing the task by helping each other to finish. Just like, when I was observing the
communication and interaction the students and students the teacher give group activity in he diveded
to three group so when I saw the team work together to complete the diary letter. And also we known
that we are here in 21st century the integrating the technology to the education, also he used the
technology that have big help to engaging in class by using television, laptop, tablets, and cellphone.

Conduct your own set of rule and regulations that will make your learning environment safe and
conducive.

1. Be Prompt. It's possible that the students arrived late for class, which cut into their learning time.

2. Respect. Treat everyone with kindness, respect and empathy.

3. Active Listening. Listen Attentively when others are speaking and wait for your turn to speak.

4. Collaboration. Work cooperatively with your peers, sharing ideas and supporting one another.

5.Responsibility. Take ownership of your learning, complete assignment on time, and come prepared to
class.

6.Safe Environment. Create a space where everyone feels physically and emotionally safe.

7.No Bullying. Zero balance for any bullying or harassment.

8. See assigned group each in cleaners of the day chart.

9.Assigned group each day must come to school early to clean the room and assigned lawn.

10.Make the room clean, arrange the chairs accordingly, wipe the blackboard.

11. Clean and check the comfort room if tissue, soup, water and other hygiene kit is available.
12.Garbage can must be emptied before the class starts, throw garbage into perspective
place.
13. Don’t forget to clean the lawn assigned to Grade 5.
14. Put back in the cleaning box all tools used in cleaning and make sure that they put back
properly.
15.Take a sort break, drink water and prepare yourself for the first class.

For overall rules for the class are as follows; go to school early, wearing school uniform
and prepared for new lesson; sit to assigned chair; keep your things in your own chair,
make a excuse letter if you cannot attend to school and make sure that the reason is
valid; be responsible, respectful and study hard and do your best in the class; follow rules
of the classroom, rules in every class activities and be responsible student.
Reflection:

As a future teacher, it is crucial to create a safe and conducive learning environment for students. This
includes ensuring the classroom is safe from distractions, maintaining a clean and organized space, and
establishing rules and regulations. Teachers should also have good communication with students, set
clear expectations, and maintain positive relationships to enhance their confidence and engagement.
Physical management of the classroom is also essential to prevent violence or accidents. Lessons should
be prepared with engaging discussion strategies and aligned with students' objectives and levels.
Collaboration and well-organized classrooms are also essential for enhancing students' overall learning
experience. Parents should also feel comfortable in the classroom and recognize and accommodate
their children's learning styles.

To create a supportive learning atmosphere, teachers should establish clear expectations, foster a
positive classroom culture, encourage active participation, provide constructive feedback, and be
approachable. Adapting teaching strategies to students' age and comprehension abilities can also help
maintain interest and engagement. Overall, creating a safe and conducive learning environment is
essential for both students and parents.
