With reference to the above, I/we hereby inform I/we have appointed Messrs David Chan & Andy Law,
Advocates & Solicitors of B2-128, Solaris Dutamas, No.1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur
(hereinafter referred to as “the Solicitors”) to handle the redemption of the said loan account(s) and the
Discharge of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment on my/our behalf.
As such, I/We hereby expressly authorise you to deal with the Solicitors and release any or all of the
security documents currently in your custody to the solicitors for their further action.
I/We hereby authorise the Bank to debit the account(s) with any sum of money required to be refunded to
the remitting Financial Institution in the event discharge cannot be registered and all security documents is
returned intact to the Bank.
In consideration of you’re agreeing to the foregoing, I/We hereby undertake to indemnify you against all
losses, costs, damages, expenses, claims and/or demands which you may incur or sustain by reason of your
carrying out the above instruction by me/us.

I/We agree and confirm that I/we shall bear the entire Solicitors’s fees and disbursement arising from or
incidental to the said Discharge of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment.
