A) Installation
1. All Installed material are approved
2. Installation, Size, location are as per approved Drawings
3. Check hangers, supports installed as per drawings
4. Soldering, brazing, flanged & threaded joints are secure
5. Installation is in level, straight and plumb.
6. Underground Pipe placed on compacted pipe bed
7. Others
B) Hydrostatic Pressure Test
1. 1.Check correct rating of Pressure Gauges
2. Check Pressure Gauges/ Pressure relief valve calibrated
3. Test Pump Capacity & safe, stable test pump support
4. Check validity of calibration certificates/pressure Gauges
5. Minimum 2 pressure gauges installed at visible location
6. All joints kept open inside ceiling / wall /trench for testing
7. Test duration two (2) Hours
8. Pressure 8 Bar maximum or 1.5 times of system pressure
9. No leak/ pressure drop during test period
10. Barricade /Warning Sign Board installed
11. Back filling I compaction as per specification
12. Others
C) Post Testing Activities
1. Insulation carried out after successful hydrostatic test
2. Denso Tape Wrapped for underground pipe
3. Pre - formed closed cell insulation for aboveground piping
4. Backfilling and compaction carried out as per project section
5. Pipeline flushed, cleaned
6. Disinfection of pipeline carried out.
