Re: Excuse Letter

Dear Sir:

I am writing you this letter in relation to the Contract of Service I

have entered into with the good office of the Department of Agrarian
Reform, province of Davao de Oro, the same office of which you are
in charge being our Provincial Project Director.

That under such contract of which I am truly honored to be part of, I

bind myself to be the team leader and legal officer of a Field
Validation Team under Project Support to Parcelization of Land for
Individual Titling (SPLIT) from July 19, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

Being so, I understand that such position carries with it, obligations
to which I must comply to in order to meet not only the demands ask
for under the said contract but ultimately, to be able to assist this
good Department, to bring about to our beloved Agrarian Reform
Beneficiaries the benefits of Project SPLIT.

While I stand firm to be true to such obligations, I however would

like to ask for your indulgence and kind consideration to be excuse
from any activity wherein my presence should be required from
September 11, 2023 to September 25, 2023.

The sole reason thereof being that, I will be taking this year’s Bar
Examination in Davao City on September 17, 20 and 24, 2023
respectively.
