Dance is the art of movement to music in a rhythmic
way, within a given space, for the purpose of expressing
an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking
delight in the movement itself.

Theme: Emotions
No. of participants: 2 teams per college; 4 participants per team
Venue: Meghdoot
Timing: 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Each team is required to present a dance on the given theme.
A maximum of 5 minutes will be given per team.
Props can be used.
Participants can register by clicking on the link provided at the
bottom. Participants must ensure they join the WhatsApp group after
registering.
The final audio file for the dance must be sent to
healthandhygienemop@gmail.com by 11:59 PM on 14th December.
The email should contain the name of the participants
and their college.
Without the submission of the audio file, registration becomes void.
The participants are required to wear modest clothing and adhere to
the dress code.
Any violation of the dress code will lead to automatic disqualification.
Evaluation will be based on originality, creativity, relevance to the
theme and presentation.

 Clash of minds
(Block and Tackle)
Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal,
to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
Debating is the best use of this power and energy. Block and
Tackle is a break from the conventional and monotonous form
of debating. The speaker is expected to skillfully tackle the
commands and speak both for and against the motion.

Theme: Comfort Cravings

No. of participants: 2 participants per college
Venue: Seminar Hall 5
Timing: 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It is an individual event.
Participants are to speak for and against the assigned topic.
The judges will prompt the switch between Block and Tackle.
Points put forth must be fluid and without loss of logic.
Participants can register by clicking on the link provided at the

registering.
Topics will be assigned to the participants on the spot by the judge.
The use of obscene language is strictly forbidden.
The use of discriminating language and/or slurs will not be tolerated.
The participants are to be judged on the basis of criteria such as
oration, stage presence.

 Flavor Frenzy
(Kitchen Orchestra)
A kitchen orchestra refers to creative activity where various
kitchen utensils and objects are used as musical instruments to
create sounds and rhythms. It is a fun and improvisational way to
explore music-making using everyday items found in the kitchen.

Theme: Happiness is Good Food and Great Company

No. of participants: 2 teams per college; 5 participants per team
Venue: Meghdoot
Timing: 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Only 1 team per college consisting of 5 participants per team.
The songs can be selected on the basis of the theme.
Atleast one kitchen utensil or equipment must be incorporated
as an instrument.
Participants can register by clicking on the link provided at the
bottom. Participants must ensure they join the WhatsApp group
after registering.
Creative lyrics written by students are welcome.
The songs can be in Tamil, English and Hindi.
Only one musical instrument can be used.
Vulgarity and use of foul language will lead to immediate
disqualification.
The participants will be judged on the basis of factors such as
creativity, vocals and the selection of songs.
The judge’s decision is final.

 Painted persona
(T Shirt painting)
Vibrant and thought-provoking event, "Painted Persona,"
where art meets advocacy! It's an opportunity to design
T-shirts, creating visually captivating artworks. T-shirt
painting on mood swings can be a creative way to express or
reflect different emotions.
Theme: Mood Swings
No. of participants: 2 participants per college
Venue: Seminar Hall 5
Timing: 9:00 am to 11:00 am

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It is an individual event.
The time duration is 1 hour.
Extra time will not be provided to any of the teams.
Participants can register by clicking on the link provided at the bottom.
Participants must ensure they join the WhatsApp group after registering.
Participants are to depict various mood swings. For example, teams can
use different colors and designs to represent various moods such as
happiness, sadness, anger, or confusion. To portray the fluctuation
between moods, teams could combine various colors and abstract shapes
on their T shirts to create a sense of chaos or perplexity.
The participants must bring their own materials including a plain T
shirt.
Usage of any electronic gadgets will not be permitted. If such activity is
discovered, it will lead to immediate disqualification.
The participants are to be judged on the basis of how well they have
portrayed the given topic.

(Photography)
Photography is an art that allows the seeamless narration of a story
in a single capture. Food has a unique ability to evoke emotions
and trigger memories. Through photography, we can capture
these emotional connections and create powerful expressions.

Theme: Emotional Food Expressions

No. of participants: 2 participants per college

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It is an online event.
Participants can register by clicking on the link provided at the bottom.
Participants must ensure they join the WhatsApp group after
registering.
The photograph must evoke a particular emotion. For instance,
capturing a minimalistic shot of a cup of tea or coffee, showcasing a
tranquil setting like a sunny window or a peaceful garden. The
simplicity and quietness of the image can evoke a feeling of calm and
serenity.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry.
The photograph should be in a JPG or PNG format.
The photograph must be submitted to
healthandhygienemop@gmail.com on or before 14th December by
11:59 PM.
The file must be renamed as Photography_Name_College
(eg:Photography_Ishrath_MOP Vaishnav). Same format to be
maintained for the subject of the email.
The participants are to be judged on the basis of how well they have
portrayed the given topic.

The marketing of food products and psychology are inextricably
looped. Digital advertisements of food products must be
psychologically appealing to consumers. Understanding their
needs, desires, and values is crucial for creating a psychologically
appealing advertisement that resonates and drives engagement.

Theme: Psychology of Food Marketing

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It is an online event.

Participants must create a psychologically appealing digital
advertisement for a food product.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry.
The advertisement can be in JPG or MP4 format.
Video advertisements should not exceed 2 minutes.
The food product can be that of an existing brand or developed by the
participants.
The submissions must be sent to healthandhygienemop@gmail.com on
or before 14th December by 11:59 PM.
The file must be renamed as Advertisement_Name_College
(eg: Advertisement_AymenWafra_MOP Vaishnav). Same format to be
maintained for the subject of the email.
The use of obscene language or vulgar music is strictly prohibited.
The participants will be judged on the basis of criteria such as creativity,
descriptive language, branding and presentation.
