Materials:

4.5mm Crochet Hook


Chenille Yarn in Orange, Green, Brown, and Light Pink
(I used Himalaya Yarn Dolphin Baby)
6ply Yarn in Black (for the mouth)
(I used Premier Yarns Cotton Fair)
Toy Stuffing
2x 10mm Safety Eyes
Stitch Markers, Yarn Needle, Scissors, Pins, etc

Abbreviations:
CH - Chain
SC - Single Crochet
INC - SC Increase
DEC - SC Decrease
HDC - Half Double Crochet
DC - Double Crochet
SL ST - Slip Stitch

Notes:
• Gauge is not important for this pattern, just make sure that you have a
consistent tension and that the stitches are tight enough to prevent the
stuffing from showing. You can go up or down a hook size as needed.
• My patterns do not teach the basics of crochet.
• For single crochet decreases I suggest using the “invisible decrease” method.

Fruit:
Using orange yarn
Round 01: sc 6 in a magic circle (6)
Round 02: inc 6 times (12)
Round 03: [sc, inc] 6 times (18)
Round 04: [sc, inc, sc] 6 times (24)
Rounds 05-08: (4 rounds), sc around (24)
Round 09: [sc, dec, sc] 6 times (18)

Attach the eyes between rounds 6 and 7,


and 5 stitches apart.
Embroider the mouth on round 6.
Embroider the blush using light pink
yarn.

Round 10: [dec, sc] 6 times (12)

Add stuffing now.


Round 11: dec 6 times (6)
Fasten off and weave in the end.

Leaf:
Using green yarn
Start with ch 9
Round 01: starting in the second chain
from your hook, sc, hdc, dc 4, hdc, 3 sc in
the end ch stitch, turn to crochet on the
other side, hdc, dc 4, hdc, sc
Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.

Sew the leaf onto the top of the fruit.

Stem:
Using brown yarn
Start with ch 5
Row 01: starting in the second chain
from your hook, sc 4
Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.

Sew the stem onto the top of the fruit,


next to the leaf.
