I, Helbert Portento, a graduating student under the program of Arch Design 9-Theses Research
Writing (ADES109) from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts, an academic department of
Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, in Lucena City, Quezon Province, forward this letter
to conduct an architectural/creative research project entitled “A Proposed Enhancing Fish port
Infrastracture to Boost Local Economy” to be located at Mulanay, Quezon.

As a student, I acknowledge and adhere with the research policies and protocols of the College
of Architecture and Fine Arts and the University in accordance with the reviews they conducted
towards my preliminary research works including the associated risks. I therefore adhere with
the academic department and the University who provides the authorization and permission for
this research activity to proceed.

The research activities all throughout, shall be implemented in line with the procedures covering
the developmental stages of architectural design/creative works, with the approval of the Dean of
the College.
