Punctuation Power

Directions
1. Players mix up the sentence cards and place them face
down in a pile.
2. Player 1 draws a sentence card, reads the sentence
out loud, and names the missing punctuation mark.
The other players give a thumbs-up if they think
Player 1 gave the correct punctuation mark.
3. If Player 1 correctly names the missing punctuation
mark, he or she moves forward on the game board
the number of spaces shown on the sentence card.
4. If Player 1 does not correctly name the missing
punctuation mark, he or she does not move forward.
5. Players take turns. The game ends when one player
gets to Finish on the game board.
