Talk about a dish you know how to cook

I always find it interesting not only trying various culinary novelties, but
cooking them as well. I am an explorer by nature, so during my childhood I
always enjoyed watching my mom in the kitchen making a meal. I thought it
was amazing, how one integrated dish could be created from several different
components.

My favorite trend in cooking is creating desserts. Most of all I like to cook


cakes with ornaments from flower paste. This material is very flexible and let
make various shaped items as well as create entire designs.

My favorite cake-Cheesecake.Ingredients:500 grams of cookies, 150 grams of


butter, 500 grams of cottage cheese, 200ml cream, 100 grams of sugar, 15 gram
of gelatin. I want to share the recipe, as I cook. Pour gelatin 1tablespoon of
warm water and leave to swell. Grind cookies in a blender. After I mix soft
butter with cookies to crumbly crumb and covered with parchment and put in
the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Beat cream and sugar, add cottage cheese,
gelatin and mix thoroughly until smooth .Gently pour the creamy-curd mass
into the mold and send in to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to solidify. When
serving, I decorate with mint, chocolate and strawberries.

When I became elder and with mom’s help mastered the basic rules of dessert, I
wanted to experiment. That is why now I often find online unusual recipes and
cook my favorite cake. In addition, my mother and I regularly visit various
master-classes. Experienced cooks share with the audience their professional
secrets there.
