SUBJECT: MINUTES – AGM HR MEETING WITH REP OF HITEWT INSTITUTES

REGARDING REVISION OF HOSTEL CHARGES, DATED 18 Jul 23 AT

HITEWT, TAXILA

1. Subject meeting chaired by the AGM HR was held on 18 jul 23 at HITEWT

Conference Room which was attended by the following:

b. Mr. Muhammad Usman Azeem - GM Acct & Finance HITEWT
c. Col. Farooq - Manager Admin HITEC S&C
d. Major Azhar, Retd - DD Adm HITEC IMS Dental College
e. Major Azmat – Manager Coord HITEC IMS Medical College
f. Major Waseem – Manager Admin HITEC University
g. Mr. Usman Ali Awan – AM (A&F) HITEWT

2. AGM HR HITEWT welcomed the meeting attendees and highlighted the need of
discussion regarding revision of Monthly Hostel Charges of IMS Medical & Dental
College. Maj. Azhar presented the current hostel students strength and prevailing
monthly hostel charges which were discussed in details. Unanimous decision taken by
the by the rep of HITEC IMS Medical College, HITEC IMS Dental College, HITEC
University and HITEC S&C that the following charges will be as follows : -

 Hostel Operated by HITEC S&C Rs. 30,000/- per month

 Hostel Operated by HITEC IMS Medical Rs. 30,000/- per month
 Hostel Operated by HITEC IMS Dental Rs. 30,000/- per month
 Hostel Operated by HITEC Uni (Jinnah) Rs. 45,000/- per semester
 Hostel Operated by HITEC Uni (Fatima) Rs. _________

Breakup of above mentioned charges is as under : -

3. At the end Principal HIT IMC thanked everyone for participating in the meeting.
These Minutes will be treated as executive orders for action by all concerned,
please.
 Hostel Charges

Hostel charges unanimously decided by HITEC University, HITEC IMS Medical / Dental
College and HITEC S&C will be Rs. 30,000/- per month wef 1 Aug 2023. Breakdown of
Rs. 30,000/- is as follows: -

Messing - Rs. 14,000

Allied Charges - Rs. 3,500
Internet - Rs. 300
Laundry - Rs. 1,200
Salaries / Maintenance - Rs. 9,000
Unforeseen - Rs. 2,000
Total - Rs. 30,000/-
(This excludes Rs. 4,000/- rent payable by IMS to HIT, in case they ask)
