    I, JORDON BARNETT, of legal age, Australian citizen, a resident of 38A 1st Avenue Mount Lawley Perth
    Western Australia 6050 and with Passport Number PA8991362, after being duly sworn to in accordance
    with law do hereby depose and say, THAT:

    1) I am self-employed as Director at BARNETTIC PTYLTD with business address at 38A 1st Avenue
    Mount Lawley Perth Western Australia 6050 and contact number +61424949050

    2) I am the de facto partner of May Moraigne Absin who was born on May 31, 2000 in Dipolog City,
    Zamboanga Del Norte and with passport number P6791696B

    3) The above mentioned person will be traveling to AUSTRALIA upon my invitation to travel with me
    and for a holiday in December and will stay for a period of ONE (1) MONTH.

    4) I guarantee that I shall provide for her trip including the airfare and accommodations, meals ; and
    that I am financially capable to support their stay.

    5) I guarantee that for the duration of their stay, the subject will not violate any existing laws of
    AUSTRALIA and shall not stay for a period longer than the number of days allowed by Australian
    Immigration Authorities;

    6) I guarantee that the “subject” is visiting Australia entirely for tourism and recreational purposes and
    is NOT visiting Australia for (1) Employment (2) Seek Employment (3) to transit via Australia to another
    country where deployment of Filipino nationals is restricted or where deployment requires clearance or
    endorsement of relevant government departments and agencies in the Philippines.
    I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the statements above and for whatever legal purpose it may
    serve.
