ROOM SHOOTING CRITERIA 2024

To whom may it concern.

Please receive the room shooting criteria for the year 2024.

 The shooting points is ONLY valid for the year 2023. All other previous or predicted endeavours will
not be considered.

 Attach valid proof (certificates, official letters, valid memberships) is an advantage when shooting,
word of mouth and informal verifications will not be considered as evidence of participation.

 ALL applications must be sent to armentumprime@gmail.com and cc: HlongwaneNL@ufs.ac.za. All

applications not sent here WILL NOT be considered. Please make your subject: ROOM
SHOOTING.

 You are eligible to shoot for 3 rooms, in any corridor of your choice. This although does not
guarantee that you will be awarded those rooms as this process is competitive.

 Kindly note the following rooms are not eligible for shooting (Room 26&27, Room 29 and Room 30)

 You are also allowed to recommend a roommate you would prefer housed with you, although that
also does not serve as a guarantee that you will be housed with them as points may vary in the
contested room.

 The process will close on the 27 th November 2023, 10h00AM. NO LATE APPLICATIONS will be
accepted.
