Choose 2 equal teams. Put timer on table and card deck face down.

'ĂŵĞƉůĂLJ
1. Team 1 selects a player to act as :ĂƌŐŽŶƵƐƚĞƌ and start the game.
2. Jargon Buster selects the top card, keeping it hidden from their teammates. They should
look at the card and allow Team 2 to also see it.
3. Start the timer (1 min). Team 1 must try to guess as many Key Words as possible in 1 min.
4. The Jargon Buster then describes the Key Word to teammates using child-friendly
language. They must not use any Jargon Words from the card.
5. Team 2 listens for Jargon Words. If they hear any jargon, or other words they feel are not
child-friendly, they should shout “JARGON” – this means Team 1 are busted!
6. If they are busted, the card goes to the bottom of the pack. They must select the next
card and describe the Key Word.
7. If their team mates guess the Key Word, they win the card.
8. Jargon Buster continues selecting cards and describing until 1 min expires. Play passes to
Team 2, who now select their first Jargon Buster.
9. Teams keep taking turns - make sure everyone has the chance to be the Jargon Buster.

tŝŶŶŝŶŐ
The team who has won the most cards at the end wins!
