Industrial visit Report

A complete report on industrial visit organized by department of electronics & communication


engineering Govt.Polytecnic Harihar for the students of 5th Sem in order to get the practical
know leading about implementing automation and technology to get the practical knowledge
of industrial robot and industrial simulation kit

Govt.polytecnic Harihar had organized an industrial visit on 27 October ,2023 industry Harihar.
The visit was organized by cohort owner Nagaraj H lecturer in electronics and communication
engineering with the prior approval head of the department and principal. we went from our
college campus at 9.30 AM, we out totally 35 students along with coordinator

Introduction
In industry there is so many machines and electronics devices is there. There are arc welding
Robot Pic and Place Robot, PLC Scada System, HMI, electric car open looped engines.

After getting inside of the industry their are many machine device are their, and we meet
______mam shi explained and guide hus to explore industry, first shi told the name of each
machine after that shi explained about industrial arc welding robot and what is company of the
robot and which controler used in robot and how to program Robot ,to program the robot their
is an teach pendent is their and mam explained the hole details of device how to program ,

virtual controller we can program robot with teach pendent, and this robot also used pic and
place the product or object on industrial production line and more and many uses
