In continuation of the reference cited above, the attention of District Animal

Husbandry Ofcers in charge district administration is drawn to the reference cited,
where in instructions were given for payment of logistics for conducting FDV/PVB
at RBKs in the split up of Rs.300/- towards Resource Person fee, refreshment
charges @ Rs.25/- per head (maximum 20 farmers born by Maitri's and maximum
of Rs.500/-) and mobilization charges @ Rs.100/- per MAITRI. Accordingly the
Additional Director (AH), SMILE, Visakhapatnam had credited the logistics to
concerned Veterinarians on 06/07/2023 to their bank account. But it has come to
the notice of the undersigned that the logistics amounts intended for providing
refreshments to the farmers born by MAITRIs and mobilization charges @ Rs.100/-
per MAITRI have not been disbursed by the Veterinarian. Hence the DAHOs are
instructed to see that mobilization charges should be paid to the concerned
MAITRIs. Further the logistic born by AHAs if any should be reimbursed to them.
If logistics have not been provided by either VAS/AHAs in PVBs should be returned
back to SMILE, Visakhapatnam.
