FABRICATION:
All 2K/3K/5K/10K/15K PSI spools shall be fabricated as per API 6A / ASME B 31.3 and ASME Sec IX requirements.
All welding procedures and performance shall be in accordance with ASME Sec IX requirements

TESTING :

1. All joints irrespective of pressure rating shall be 100% RT Tested.


2. All AISI 4130 to AISI 4130 and Any thickness of ASTM A 106GrB/ 333Gr. 6/234WPB/WPL/A105N if the thickness
exceed 20 mm and above will undergo PWHT
3. All Spools will be Hydro tested to 1.5 Times the Design pressure.
4. Hydro test will be witnessed by 3 rd party and report certified

BLASTING & PAINTING :


All spools will be blasted to AS 2.5 and painted with 3 coat epoxy paint system to 250 micron DFT to Client RAL

DRAWINGS APPROVAL :
Fabrication drawings will be submitted to client for approval ( Mentioning Code of construction, Nominal
Wall thickness Minimum wall thickness, Compliance of NACE MR0175/ISO15156 ALL PARTS - H2S) prior
to issue it for construction.

SPOOL IDENTIFICATION :
Spools shall be identified with the following

SS BAND : 1 Nos. Strong, high quality, stainless steel strap of 3/4" Width
X 0.030" .76mm thickness per each spool

2.0 Documentation:

Manufacturing Data Book (MDB) will comprise of as built drawings, procedures, inspection certificates, data
sheets, instrumentation and control data, maintenance manual will be provided in hard and soft copies.
3.0 Painting:

Blast to AS 2.5, coated with 3 coat epoxy paint system, thickness and color coding in according with client
specifications

4.0 PROPOSAL BASIS:


Our Proposal is based on your Inquiry dated 13 TH Oct 22.
5.0 FABRICATION:
Fabrication shall be carried out at our fabrication facility located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab
Emirates.

6.0 PROJECT DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Shall be 14 TO 16 weeks from the date of Purchase Order and advance payment.

7.0 INSPECTION AND TESTING:


Stage inspection for the fabrication and assembly activities shall be carried out periodically in house by QA/QC
department and 3 rd party.
