Schedule the promo call with any guest speakers and assisting staff. One person can play more than one
role, however determining the roles in advance helps you plan the size and delivery quality of your
event. Depending on your chosen platform will determine the ease (and less hands required) to manage
it. *You may not require all the speaker seats.

Here is where you can slip in your promotional material. What are you promoting? What are they
buying? Why?
For those who made it this far in the call, give them a special discount or a special gift. Put a window on
that offer (24 or 48 hours, for example). Provide them with their shopping cart code (see shopping cart
set up later in this template).
If you are using visuals, prepare them well in advance. Your tech crew will need to get the platform set
up, and will require the slides well in advance (at least 24-hours prior to your test run).

Upload Slides
Depending on the platform you choose, you will need to upload your slides well in advance (at least 24-
hours prior to your dry run, or actual event). You will find a trick to the process, and discover a clever
way of naming your slides to guide you through your presentation. (Example: Instant Teleseminar you
have to upload the slides in reverse order, so slide 1 is the first slide available).
