*A genuine smile can communication pleasant emotions such as happiness and appreciation.

it play significant role in non verbal signs.

the way you look at someone can communicate many things, indicate interest affective hostility,lack of interest and attraction.

Posture
The way you sit or stand can also communicate your comfort level, professionalism and general dispensation towards a person

Mirroring
Focial expression tell us about everything or whole situation of reciever.

Not only question and answer is a trait an active listener displays but also it acts as feedback to the speaker.
