A disassembled neutral sensor (1b) cannot be reused; therefore a new sensor from Dept.
Parts are used.

- Check whether the gear lever is in the "neutral" position.
1. Insert the new sensor (1a) into the seat with the retainer (1b) in the open position (as shown).
Fit the fork (1c) into the corresponding seat (1d) on the shift rod.
1. Install the retainer (1a) of the sensor (1b) and attach the corresponding retainers to the ends.
1. Remove the locating ring (1a) from the sensor (1b).
1. Place the cable bundle (1a) and attach the grommet (1b).
2. Install the insulation panel.
- Mount the cover on the gear lever bracket and secure the locks all around.
- Install the gear lever bracket.
- Lower the car.
- Connect the plug to the neutral sensor at the base of the gear lever.

- Remove the car from the lift bridge.
After installing the sensor, the self-adjustment of this sensor must be carried out using the
Examiner. This procedure should always be performed if shifts may have occurred between
the lever and the sensor or after the sensor has been replaced.

1. Disconnect the clutch pedal switch connector.

Clutch pedal switch CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH
2. Pull back the clutch pedal pin retaining spring (yellow).
3. Turn the mounting handle counterclockwise and partially pull it out of the seat.
4. Loosen the retaining pin and remove the clutch pedal switch from the bracket.
Install ( Remove )
Check that the pin retaining spring on the clutch pedal is fully retracted.
- Install the clutch pedal switch, locking the mounting cam (a) in the slotted hole (b) on the pedal support.
- Slightly move the clutch pedal switch so that it is correctly positioned on the support surface with
the mounting lever (c) in the hole (d).
- Turn the fixing lever (c) 90° clockwise until it is hooked into the seat (e).
When the fixing lever (c) engages correctly, a click will be heard.
- Operate the retaining spring to lock the clutch pedal pin to the switch tilt lever.
- Connect the plug to the clutch pedal switch.
