Theme: “RSM Journey:

We dream of a Congregation whose Mercy spirituality is manifested in the life and

mission of the Sisters in line with the vision and charism of the Foundress,
Venerable Catherine McAuley.

We dream of a Congregation that gives due importance to vocation promotion for

the increase of its members.

We dream of a Congregation that has holistic initial formation program at all levels.

We dream of a Congregation where the Sisters love, forgive and are compassionate
and supportive of one another.

We dream of a Congregation with a systematic ongoing formation program that will

lead each member to become Christ-like.

We dream of a Congregation whose Sisters are mindful of their well-being,

attentive to the needs of their institutions, and solicitous to their lay mission
partners.

We dream of a Congregation that is economically sustainable, stable and viable to

be able to provide for the needs of the members and support the works of the
apostolate, especially in favor of the poor.

We dream of a Congregation that takes care of the sick and elderly Sisters with
patience, love and compassion, and honors the departed confreres with devotion.

We dream of a Congregation with a revitalized Mercy Associates Program whose

members actively participate and support our ministries.

We dream of a Congregation with a unified manual for all RSM schools for
purposes of continuity and stability.

We dream of a Congregation with good mutual relations with the local churches,
government and non-government agencies, and private sectors.
