Total Capacity: 60k worshipers
Relevant Elements:
1. The dome on the middle is really big, after doing research, I
found out it is the tallest dome that currently exists.
2. There are a lot of statues inside and outside the building. At
least 80 inside, and 140 on the plaza.
Interesting Fact:
1. About 59 popes have been buried under the building.

Relevant Elements:
1. It looks like any building that was constructed at the time,
there's almost nothing to differentiate it from other buildings.
2. African-american worshippers were able to assist masses,
however, they had to assist on a different schedule (5 a.m.),
due to racial issues at the times.
Interesting Fact:
1. It is the oldest house of Methodist worship in America.

Name: Grand Choral Synagogue of Saint
Petersburg
Place: Saint Petersburg, Russia
Date of Construction: 1893
Total Capacity: 1,200 worshipers
Relevant Elements:
1. The colorful facade of the building is very reminiscent of other
russian buildings, like the Cathedral of San Basil.
2. The Grand Choral Synagogue represents an imporant era in
russian jewish history; one of the hardest places for judaism to
properly grow.
Interesting Fact:

1. The project took nearly 30 years to build, it was supposed to
start on 1869; but had a lot of set-backs.

Name: Sabancı Merkez Cami
Place: Adana, Turkey
Date of Construction: 1998
Total Capacity: 28.5k worshipers
Relevant Elements:
1. It is located on the banjs of the Seyhan River.
2. The main dome is 54 meters tall, and there are 8 minarets,
each being 75 meters high.
Interesting Fact:
1. It is the biggest mosque in Turkey. It can serve 28.5k people. It
is one of the biggest mosques in Europe.

CONCLUSION
Which temple
did you like the
most?
Personally, I really enjoyed Saint Peter's Basilica. It might be a
based opinion however, as I've been there before.
It's an experience you'll only live if you visit it, there's no other
place in Earth that can replicate it.

CONCLUSION
Similarities and
Differences
I think the biggest difference out there is with the St. George's
United Methodist Church, since it stands out physically from the
other buildings. However, the history behind all of the buildings is
very important and relevant, in all four cases.
