I received the pleasure of working in the same classroom with Ayesha Favors, she was
my paraprofessional. The experience of having her has brought a lot of creativity and great
energy into the classroom. She is an amazing teacher, The instructional control she has with
children is amazing. She’s a very caring person who works hard, always seeking to learn and
grow and find new strategies and opportunities to be a better teacher. I have watched Ayesha
develop on so many aspects her level of patience are top tier, she’s open to collective criticism
and feed back on performance. Ayesha Favors truly represents a leader, an advocate, and her
passion for educating children truly shows in her work ethic, I know she will continue to prosper
in the education field and be an amazing teacher.
