Zero Liquid Discharge (MEE): RO/DM Plants:

Fabrication Hub has an unparalleled depth
of experience in ZLD, Which includes more
than 50 installation ranging from 50 KLD to
600 KLD.
Successfully executed design, fabrication
and installation of RO & DM Plants for
various application, which includes more
than 230+ systems ranging from 500 LPH
to 1000 LPH.

Annual Maintenance Contract: Spares:

Currently we are operating 17 ETP and ZLD We deal in all types of spares like RO & UF
plants ranging from 50 KLD (ZLD) to 17 membranes, motors, pumps, blowers,
MLD (ETP & ZLD). vertical and horizontal filters (MCF, ACF,
DMF, etc).

Facility is Spread over an area of 1,60,000 sq feet with
shade area of 1,00,000 sq feet and balance open area to
store raw and finish goods.

Facility is divided into following Zones:

• Raw material receiving area
• Machining zone
• Cutting zone
• Fit up zone
• Finishing zone
• Tools and tackles store and
• Dispatch area

Facility is equipped with all basic and required fabrication

tools & tackles like CNC cutting & drilling machines,
fabrication fit up tables and four overhead crane of 25
tons each for swift and easy moment of materials from
one bay to another.
