 POEM: I AM A TREE

A very good morning to the respected judges, loyal

timekeepers, Mr/Mrs Emcee, Teachers and friends.

I’m Nor Ainie Binti Asmi, and I’m going to recite a poem entitled

I Am A Tree.

I am a tree.

I am a tree and stand so tall.

I am a tree and stand so tall.
I have great big branches,
I have great big branches,
And little branches small.
And little branches small.
When the wind blows left,
Rain makes me strong,
Or the wind blows right,
And Sun makes me healthy.
I keep my branches strong.
I grow through the year,
With all of my might.
All day and all night.
I am a tree and stand so tall.
I am a tree and stand so tall.
I have great big branches,
I have great big branches,
And little branches small.
And little branches small.
Bees can build a hive,
I love the Earth,
Birds can build a nest.
And the Earth loves me.
My branches stay strong.
I stand so tall because,
I always try my best.
